Razer Launches 2026 Blade 18 Gaming Laptop With New Intel Core Ultra Chip
Razer has introduced the 2026 Blade 18 gaming laptop with Intel’s latest Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor, Nvidia RTX 50-series graphics, and a brighter dual-mode display.
Razer has officially introduced its 2026 Blade 18 gaming laptop, bringing upgraded performance hardware, a brighter display, and a higher starting price.
The new Blade 18 is powered by Intel’s Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and supports Nvidia RTX 50-series graphics. The base configuration starts with an RTX 5070 Ti, while higher-end models can be configured with up to an RTX 5090 GPU.
One of the key highlights is the 18-inch dual-mode display. Users can switch between a high-resolution 3840 × 2400 mode at 240Hz and a faster 1920 × 1200 mode at 440Hz. This makes the laptop suitable for both high-quality visual work and competitive gaming.
Razer also says the display is now brighter than last year’s model, which should improve gaming, content creation, and media viewing experiences.
The laptop includes modern connectivity options such as Thunderbolt 5, HDMI 2.1, USB-A ports, Ethernet, and an SD card slot. These features make it useful not only for gamers but also for creators who work with large files and external displays.
However, the new Blade 18 comes with a higher price. The 2026 model starts at $3,999.99, which is $500 more than the previous version.
For gamers and professionals, the Blade 18 remains a premium option. But with rising prices, buyers will need to decide whether the new processor, brighter screen, and top-end graphics justify the cost.
